Jojo’s Peri Peri Paneer Tikka

  • Cut paneer into cubes.
  • Marinate the paneer, onion and capsicum in Jojo’s Peri Peri Base Marinade.
  • Mix and let it rest for 20–30 mins.
  • Heat the pan with little oil.
  • Cook on medium flame until golden.
  • Finish with a final brush of Jojo’s Peri Peri basting sauce.
  • Cook another minute for shine and flavour.
