Jojo’s Peri Peri Paneer Tikka
- Cut paneer into cubes.
- Marinate the paneer, onion and capsicum in Jojo’s Peri Peri Base Marinade.
- Mix and let it rest for 20–30 mins.
- Heat the pan with little oil.
- Cook on medium flame until golden.
- Finish with a final brush of Jojo’s Peri Peri basting sauce.
- Cook another minute for shine and flavour.
