Jojo’s Peri Peri Roasted Veggies (Healthy & Tasty)

  • Chop broccoli, carrot, capsicum, mushroom.
  • Add the chopped vegetables in oil.
  • Toss the vegetable well.
  • Bake/air fry/ Grill for 15–20 min.
  • Flip once in between.
  • Once cooked glaze it with Jojo’s Peri Peri Basting Sauce.
  • Cook 1 min for shine.
  • Serve with mayo of your own choice.
