Jojo’s Peri Peri Paneer Salad

  • Cut paneer into cubes.
  • Grill or air fry paneer 6–8 mins.
  • Once cooked glaze it with Jojo’s Peri Peri Basting Sauce.
  • Take lettuce/cucumber/tomato/onion.
  • Add paneer on top.
  • Add Jojo’s Peri Peri chip salt.
  • Add lemon + 1 tsp olive oil.
  • Toss and serve
