Jojo’s Peri Peri Paneer Salad
- Cut paneer into cubes.
- Grill or air fry paneer 6–8 mins.
- Once cooked glaze it with Jojo’s Peri Peri Basting Sauce.
- Take lettuce/cucumber/tomato/onion.
- Add paneer on top.
- Add Jojo’s Peri Peri chip salt.
- Add lemon + 1 tsp olive oil.
- Toss and serve
