Welcome to Jojo’s Peri Peri (“Jojo’s”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms &

Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications,

online store, social media pages, promotional campaigns, and related services (collectively

referred to as the “Platform”).

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or purchasing from our Platform, you agree to be

legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please

discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or accessing the Platform under lawful

parental/guardian supervision;

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable laws;

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false, misleading, or

incomplete information.

  1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Jojo’s offers peri peri sauces, seasonings, condiments, food products, promotional

merchandise, and related offerings through the Platform.

All products displayed are subject to:

  • Availability;
  • Batch variations;
  • Manufacturing timelines;
  • Regional delivery limitations;
  • Applicable food regulations and standards.

We reserve the right to:● Modify product formulations, packaging, pricing, labels, or specifications without

prior notice;

  • Discontinue any product at any time;
  • Limit quantities purchased per customer/order.

Product images displayed on the Platform are for illustrative purposes only and actual

packaging, colour, texture, or appearance may vary slightly.

  1. FOOD SAFETY & CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITY

Users are advised to:

  • Read ingredient declarations, allergen information, usage instructions, and storage

conditions carefully before consumption;

  • Check spice levels and suitability before use;
  • Use products within recommended shelf life and storage conditions.

Jojo’s shall not be responsible for issues arising due to:

  • Improper storage or handling after delivery;
  • Consumption despite known allergies or sensitivities;
  • Misuse of products contrary to instructions;
  • Improper refrigeration, contamination, or unauthorized repacking by customers or

third parties.

Consumers with allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions should consult an

appropriate professional before consumption.

  1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Placement of an order does not constitute final acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders;
  • Restrict quantities;
  • Verify customer information before processing;
  • Cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

Orders may be cancelled due to:

  • Product unavailability;
  • Pricing or technical errors;● Payment authorization failure;
  • Delivery restrictions;
  • Suspected misuse or fraudulent activity.

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, eligible refunds shall be initiated

subject to applicable policies.

  1. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, convenience fees, or handling charges may be added at

checkout.

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. By proceeding with payment,

you agree to the terms and policies of such payment providers.

Jojo’s shall not be liable for:

  • Banking failures;
  • Payment gateway downtime;
  • Transaction delays;
  • Unauthorized transactions caused by customer negligence.
  1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays;
  • Weather conditions;
  • Operational disruptions;
  • Regional restrictions;
  • Public holidays or force majeure events.

Risk in products may pass to the customer upon delivery.

Customers are advised to inspect packages upon receipt.

If packaging appears visibly damaged, tampered with, leaked, or broken, customers should:

  • Record video evidence before opening;
  • Refuse acceptance where appropriate;● Contact customer support promptly.

Jojo’s reserves the right to deny claims where sufficient evidence is unavailable or where

damage appears to arise from mishandling after delivery.

  1. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

Due to the consumable nature of food products, returns may generally not be accepted except

in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects;
  • Wrong product dispatch;
  • Severe transit damage;
  • Expired products delivered.

Claims must typically be raised within [24/48] hours of delivery with:

  • Order details;
  • Images/videos of packaging and product;
  • Batch details where applicable.

Refunds or replacements shall be processed at the sole discretion of Jojo’s after internal

verification.

Promotional products, free samples, complimentary items, trial packs, or products damaged

due to customer mishandling may not qualify for refunds or replacements.

  1. PROMOTIONS, OFFERS & DISCOUNTS

Promotional campaigns, discount codes, giveaways, referral programs, and offers are subject

to separate terms and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.

Jojo’s reserves the right to:

  • Reject misuse of coupons or promotional codes;
  • Cancel suspicious orders;
  • Restrict offer applicability.

Offers cannot generally be combined unless explicitly stated.

  1. USER ACCOUNTS

Users may be required to create an account for certain services.You are responsible for:

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on the Platform including:

  • Logos;
  • Brand names;
  • Product names;
  • Designs;
  • Graphics;
  • Text;
  • Videos;
  • Packaging artwork;
  • Recipes;
  • Marketing materials;

are owned by or licensed to Jojo’s and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or use such content

without prior written authorization.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

  1. USER GENERATED CONTENT

If users submit reviews, comments, testimonials, photos, recipes, tags, or social media

mentions relating to Jojo’s products, they grant Jojo’s a non-exclusive, royalty-free,

worldwide right to use, reproduce, publish, modify, and display such content for marketing

and business purposes.

Users represent that submitted content:

  • Does not violate third-party rights;
  • Is not defamatory, unlawful, misleading, or offensive.
  1. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, marketplaces, or delivery partners.

Jojo’s does not control or endorse third-party platforms and shall not be liable for their:

  • Content;
  • Policies;
  • Availability;
  • Transactions;
  • Practices.

Users access such services at their own risk.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Platform and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jojo’s disclaims all warranties including:

  • Error-free operation;

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

partners, manufacturers, distributors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits or business;
  • Data loss;
  • Food allergies or sensitivities not disclosed by users;
  • Delays in delivery;
  • Technical interruptions;
  • Customer misuse of products;
  • Damages arising from third-party services.

In any event, aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the

specific product/order giving rise to the claim.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jojo’s and its affiliates from any claims, damages,

liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Misuse of the Platform;
  • Violation of third-party rights;
  • Improper use or resale of products.
  1. FORCE MAJEURE

Jojo’s shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance arising from events beyond

reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters;
  • Pandemic situations;
  • Government restrictions;
  • Labour disruptions;
  • Transport failures;
  • Internet or power outages;
  • Acts of war or civil disturbance.

  1. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform without prior

notice if users violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Termination shall not affect accrued rights or liabilities.

  1. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive

jurisdiction of competent courts located in Amritsar, Punjab, India.

  1. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Updated Terms shall become effective upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised

Terms.
