Jojo’s Peri Peri Roasted Veggies (Healthy & Tasty)
- Chop broccoli, carrot, capsicum, mushroom.
- Add the chopped vegetables in oil.
- Toss the vegetable well.
- Bake/air fry/ Grill for 15–20 min.
- Flip once in between.
- Once cooked glaze it with Jojo’s Peri Peri Basting Sauce.
- Cook 1 min for shine.
- Serve with mayo of your own choice.
