  • Toast burger buns with butter.
  • Cook the burger patty till its fully cooked and glaze it with Jojo’s Peri Peri Basting Sauce of your choice.
  • Cook 1 min for shine.
  • Add cheese slice.
  • Spread mayo on both buns.
  • Add lettuce + onion + tomato.
  • Place patty and add 1 tsp Jojo’s Peri Peri sauce of your choice on top.
  • Close bun and press lightly.
  • Serve with fries sprinkled with Jojo’s Peri Peri chip salt and Jojo’s Peri Peri ketchup.
