Jojo’s Peri Peri Grilled Chicken

  • Take 500g chicken (legs/breast) and pat dry.
  • Marinate the chicken overnight in Jojo’s Peri Peri Base Marinade.
  • Marinate according to instructions given behind the pack.
  • Grill/cook chicken on medium heat.
  • Once cooked baste it with Jojo’s Peri Peri Basting Sauce of your choice on both sides.
  • Cook 1 min for shine.
  • Serve hot with fries sprinkled with Jojo’s Peri Peri Chip Salt and Jojo’s Peri Peri Ketchup.
