Jojo’s Peri Peri Grilled Chicken
- Take 500g chicken (legs/breast) and pat dry.
- Marinate the chicken overnight in Jojo’s Peri Peri Base Marinade.
- Marinate according to instructions given behind the pack.
- Grill/cook chicken on medium heat.
- Once cooked baste it with Jojo’s Peri Peri Basting Sauce of your choice on both sides.
- Cook 1 min for shine.
- Serve hot with fries sprinkled with Jojo’s Peri Peri Chip Salt and Jojo’s Peri Peri Ketchup.
